Key Responsibilities:

– Comprehend client requirements & develop innovative design plans, with 2D, 3D & renders visuals (including materials, soft furnishes & accessories)

– Work with various interior design themes and styles to craft design plans and concepts

– Meet with clients, determine their requirements and solve their queries and concerns

– Visit project sites to monitor and direct installation work

– Assist in the generation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for design and installation services

– Create mood-boards and other creative visuals

– Assist with the development of marketing material

Job Requirements

– Architecture or Interior Design background

– Minimum of 2 years work experience in relevant industry

– Excellent understanding & application of interior design themes, styles and mood-boards

– Creative with a keen eye for detail

– Excellent 3D modelling and rendering skills

– Ability to translate client ideas into visual and/or tangible references such as drawings or models

– Ability to work in a team, collaborate and work cohesively with other departments

– Team player who possess who can adapt to the changing needs of the client, team and work place

– Take care towards and be dedicated to Client requirements and utmost satisfaction
